Happy 10th Birthday Second Life!

You will have to forgive my dorky humour, but I asked Calgon to toss on this T-Shirt (I’m pretty sure he had no idea what he was in for – lol) so I could show both the male and female versions of these great free T-shirts on marketplace in both mesh and non-mesh version in celebration of Second Life’s 10th Birthday! I came across an old pose by SparrowTree that I had a little fun with 😉

Mocking Disco

Sassy! is participating in the Color Exposion Hunt, and their hunt prize is the vibrantly coloured mesh Disco Dress shown. This hunt runs until the end of May and all of the prizes are free. The icon you are looking for is a brightly coloured paint splatter. You can find more information about this hunt at their official blog.

The skin I am in today is a free group gift from MOCK Cosmetics which you can find in past notices. This one is called Asteria and comes with several bells and whistles like moles, eyelashes, appliers and more. The group is 250L to join, but the group is always LOADED with generous gifts. I am also wearing a free wearable lipstick demo that I found in store called Venom Red Lucir which gave the pale lips a bit of tint and shine.

First Annual Sand & Sea Expo – 2013!

The first annual Sand & Sea Expo is on NOW and will only run until May 5th! This fun aquatic event is packed full of featured creations from the participating designers as well as FREE GIFTS! Yes, you heard me right!! There are gifts all over the place set out for you to take advantage of as well as The Beachcombers Event which is a unique hunt… There are two entrances – make sure you check both out!

How the Beachcomber Event works:

Each of the vendors have agreed to donate a free gift to the Beachcomber Expo. During this event, visitors will visit the displays, locate the “Beachcomber Shell”, and give it a click. If they are lucky, they will receive the gift item from that vendor. If they are unlucky, they will be unable to try again for two hours.

One gift per avatar, per vendor! Below is an example of the shell you are looking for:
